IGNITE posted Thursday on social media that it is hiring a content writer.
A job description reads that the student union is seeking an “experienced student” to join their Web Content Team.
“The Content Writer is responsible for writing full-length stories, news briefs, editorials, columns, and listicles,” the description adds.
Two to three writing samples are required for a applications to be considered.
At a meeting in 2018 with two Post reporters, Executive Director Ercolé Perrone said he believed IGNITE took on the role of a student publication when the union was removing The Post from official club status.
